Bug seems to be fixed in 2bfa477ae8878e21c0b15b5d66099c4c16899c0a in branch devel of git://git.sv.gnu.org/bash.git
Bug in readline alone seems to be fixed, too (tested using small C program on top of readline).

As well as I know bugs in Debian bug tracker should not be closed until fixed version will be uploaded to Debian. So, I will not close the bug (right?).
