Profil option: "Start in same folder than current tab" doesn't work anymore in
KDE 4.11.90...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable "Start in same folder than current tab" in profil options
2. cd /opt
3. Open a new tab
Actual Results:  
New tab in /opt

Expected Results:  
New tab in $HOME
