I can confirm this bug. Shortcuts (Ctrl+C Ctrl+V Ctrl+Z Ctrl+P Ctrl+Q Ctrl+W
Ctrl+T) do not work in such applications as dolphin, krusader, konsole etc. in
case when russian/ukrainian keyboard layout is activated.
But shortcuts work fine in such applications as firefox and thunderbird (and
maybe in other applications which built on GTK) regardless of the chosen
keyboard layout.
