To reproduce this you can do the next actions:
1) install tmux
2) create 2 konsole windows (NOT TABS)
3) in first konsole window: "tmux new -s test-konsole"
4) in second konsole window: "tmux a -t test-konsole"
5) in first/second window enter "ls {TAB} {TAB}"
And you will have many notifications like:
"Bell in session 'Shell'"
