Well, I don't get it. Keyboard shortcut are always represented using upper case
letters. That applies to not only konsole and other Qt/KDE applications, but
also  almost every application I can recall. 

It is really not funny to try hard to distinguish "ctrl+v" and "Ctrl+V", or
"Ctrl+s" and "Ctrl+S", etc. Maybe that is easy job for native English users ?
