In Konsole, I put the user and path in the titlebar, with the basename only on
the command line.  That way, the command line doesn't become too cluttered, and
the path is instantly seen.  Or, it was, until "Konsole" was added.  The word
"Konsole" is a big distraction; the path does not stand out like it did before.

I would actually welcome a window-by-window option to include or exclude the
name of the window in the titlebar.  I don't need it in some other apps, such
as Firefox and Thunderbird.
