This is actually an issue of konsolepart.

Note, there is currently no way to configure those shortcuts provided by
konsolepart in yakuake or other applications, no matter whether that commit is
present or not.  

I will leave this report open for a while to gather feedback. But I do not see
there is high chance for it to be "fixed".
