Yakuake, krusader and kile have released new verions containing the "fix", so
the current status is :

KDE SC 4.9+                 OK
yakuake 2.9.9+             OK
krusader 2.4.0beta2+        OK
kile 2.1.3+                 OK

konversation-1.4            blocker

Of course, those are  just upstream versions. It demands more time for
distributions to pick up the new versions and drive old versions into death.
