Well, the kwin rule is just a workaround and doesn't solve all problems . 
There is good need behind the requested feature(s) in this report, although I
don't need it(them) myself. 

So I will just reopen this report before all voters and subscribers start
asking "Why close it? ". 

Thomas, although you are the original reporter, it is not good idea for you to
close such a popular report. Just leave that work and the blame to the
developers :)
