It is generally good to have a default shortcut, but why "Ctrl+Shift+P"? It is
hard for users to  connect it  with "Full Screen Mode".

Considering that kwin provides the gloabl shortcut "Make Window Fullscreen" and
it works well with konsole, I think there is no strong need for defining a
*default* shotcut for "Full Screen Mode".
