The change on the konsole side is

That commit only makes konsole more like other emultators.  So if konsole is
starting in "~/Documents" when started through krunner or menu, I'm pretty sure
that also applies to other emulators, like xterm, rxvt-unicode, gnome-terminal,
etc .
