Version:           2.7.3 (using KDE 4.7.3)

Whenever I drag a konsole window from one screen to another, it maximizes
vertically (but only vertically, not horizontally as well). If I drag it around
the same screen, it is fine. I thought at first it was the drag to top of
screen to maximize gesture, but it happens when I drag it to the middle or
bottom of the screen as well. Konsole also seems to start vertically maximized
as well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open konsole. Drag from one screen to another screen.

Actual Results:  
Konsole vertically maximizes.

Expected Results:  
Konsole should stay the same size.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.1.0-1.2-desktop
Compiler: gcc
