Thank you for looking at this report. I have already seen in a later 
notice, that you have
closed this report with a 'won't fix' because I was looking at an older 
version. I totally
understand and support your decision. I will look at the documentation 
that you pointed
me to.

    unless the changelog is fully automated, it probably more time
    than it is worth. (just my 2 cents of opinion)

    Good architectural design is import and from what you have said, it
    looks like the design is pretty good, maybe even great - I don't
    know without doing a lot of exploration. My point is that konsole is
    an 'application' that runs in the window manager. It should only be
    tied to the window manager through a generic interface (wrapper). An
    window management system that meets the generic interface should be
    able to run the application. Personally, I would like to be able to
    run konsole on any flavor of Unix and it would be nice to be able to
    run it on windows, a Mac or on Android.
