Tooltips in Settings dialog are untraslable. I found that the cause is in
Messages.sh script which does not extract messages from *.kcfg files (these
tooltips listed in konsole.kcfg).

Please, add into Messages.sh

$EXTRACTRC `find . -name \*.kcfg` >> rc.cpp

to fix it.
