1. I meant that there will not be any blur settings in each app, you just need
to setup the blur region for the whole yakuake window. As I understand from
comment #c22 it's quite simple. Also no need to add any configuration controlls
to yakuake to change blur settings, simply specify these few constants to set
up blurring for the whole window.

2. Add single option to KPart Konsole plugin to supress blur under its area,
and that's it.
