Summary
-------

Users complains about after `konsole --new-tab -e command', newly created tabs will always run the same command. This will confuse the user in most of the cases.

It's for a bug report but I forgot which.

Testing
-------

I've test with `konsole --new-tab -e /bin/bash` and except the new tab created by that command, newly created tabs(via Ctrl+Shift+T) will exec zsh(default setting).
