I think in general that is not a bug of Konsole. That font selection dialog is
a just normal KFontDialog. The only limit put by Konsole is to list monospace
fonts only. That "not alllowing users to pick non-existing font size" behavior
can also be observed in other KDE apps(like kate). And I do not see that as a
bug becuase it does not make sense to allow users picking a non-existing font
size.
