profiles are sorted alphabetically

>From my observation and understanding of the code, konsole currently does sort
profiles alphabetically. 

1). favorite profiles("Show In Menu" checked) come before non-favorite
profiles.  They are sorted alphabetically.
2). non-favorite profiles are also sorted alphabetically.

If that is not the case, check the "MenuIndex=..." line in your profiles on the
disk. That line should be "MenuIndex=0" to guarantee above behavior.

I am using the devel version.
