Well, yes and no :)

I made some change to the previous patch and it works with the dialog example
in comment #101. Now konsole can copy that whole multi-lines box correctly just
as in xterm( the patch in comment #94 seems to have problem when copying the
whole box ). No missing leading whitespaces. No extra trailing whitespaces.
That is the yes part.

However, nothing has been committed yet. I still don't have total confidence
about that _includeTrailingWhitespace. The patch is not as elegant as I have
hoped.  My feeling is maybe this is another patch which solves most problems
but not all problems. That is the no part.

Considering the age and vote of this bug, I think maybe it is better to commit
the patch than doing nothing. I will do it some time later.
