Thanks for reporting! However, I failed to reproduce that problem. And based
upon the description, it looks more like a configuration problem of konsole
and/or vim. 

Maybe something goes wrong in the keybinding used by your Konsole profile.
Which keybinding is chosen and did you make some customization of it?

Anothe simple question: if you create a new user account(which means ~/.kde4
and .vimrc are empty) and login using that account, does the reported problem
exist?
