The devanagari script used in South Asian languages like Nepali and Hindi have
complex characters that can join and form new words. The Konsole terminal does
not display the characters properly, especially when its "half letters" of
Devanagari.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Simply type( or paste) गर्दछन् on the terminal. Instead of appearing as seen
here. It appears to be गरदछन .

Actual Results:  
There is a rendering error as गरदछन is seen.

Expected Results:  
गर्दछन् should have been seen.

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.38-8-generic
