The Qt::Gray needs changed.  If the image is not available, it should act just
like no wallpaper was chosen.

As soon as this goes in people are going to ask for:
Scaled/center/drag-n-drop/color/dbus/GN/etc.... basically everything the
desktop wallpaper can do.

Very minor: try to stick to a consistent use of spaces in parameters
(before/after).
