this is with KDE 4.6.5 (not available in the dropdown).

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run out of disk space.
2. try to use Konsole.

Actual Results:  
* Konsole is totally unresponsive.
* the mouse cursor disappears when hovering over Konsole windows.

Expected Results:  
either Konsole keeps working as normal, or it shows an error message describing
what features are unavailable while disk space is low.
