#6 thanks for the patch.  Did you happen to look at using
KDialog::enableButtonApply    (    bool     state     )?

Also, there's something going on trying to change the Appearance->Scheme.  At
first it won't allow any changes (and the Apply is disabled).  Perhaps, because
it tries to do a preview?  After messing around I can eventually get it to
change.
