This is new behavior in 4.6.0. When you press the shortcut to rename a tab (or
double click on the tab) a window comes up where you can change the title for
local or remote tab. I have a couple of problems with this:

- First, something should be selected (either local or remote name)
- Second, if local is current than local name should be selected (same for
remote)

I personally do not see the need for local and remote but I understand that
other people may want the title to be automatically changed.

- Third, if we can turn off local or remote that would be awesome. So this
would go back to the previous behavior where you get a text input box with the
current tab title rather than a form with both.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Double click on a tab or hit the shortcut to rename a tab title.

Actual Results:  
A form comes which allows you to set local and remote tab titles. Neither are
selected.

Expected Results:  
Here are options in order or preference (last is most preferable)

- Always have local tab title selected
- Select the current tab title
- Allow option to disable tab types. This way we are just given an input box
with the current tab title.


Perhaps if I explain my usage scenario, it would help you to understand the
problem as I see it.

- I have only 1 konsole window open (with multiple tabs).
- The left most table is always to the local box.
- I create other tabs as I need (usually to SSH). I Ctrl+T to create the tab;
Alt+Ctrl+S to change the name; issue ssh command
- When I am done with SSH, I kill that tab.

You can clearly see the conflict with my workflow and the new behavior. 

- When I am changing the name, the tab is still local and I usually SSH so it
will change to remote.
- I go through tabs throughout the day so I do not care about auto rename to
local or remote.
