Doubled menu items

Version:           2.5 (using KDE 4.5.1) 
OS:                Linux

After couple of days/weeks of keeping Konsole running, suddenly keyboard
shortcuts stop working, saying 

"The key sequence 'Ctrl+Shift+X' is ambiguous. Use 'Configure Shortcuts' from
the 'Settings' menu to solve the ambiguity. No action will be triggered."

Apparently there are two identical lines for each shortcut (as are menu items
for most of menu).



Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Using konsole for week or more with most often used shortcut - Ctrl+Shift+X
(Clear and reset terminal)





Using Ubuntu 10.10 and GNOME:

$ konsole --version
Qt: 4.7.0
KDE Development Platform: 4.5.1 (KDE 4.5.1)
Konsole: 2.5
