Well, .bash_logout, as its name implies, is only meant for interactive
login bash.
When you login at tty, of course you get an interactive login shell.
When you use Konsole, you will get a interactive non-login shell by
default unless you explicitly tell Konsole to start a login shell.
So check your profile, change its command to 'bash -l', if you really
want to run a login shell in a terminal emulator.
