I built konsole 4.7.90 on F16 with kdelibs 4.7.3.  No extra spaces with vim, my
main issue.  URL highlighting looks good too.  Works with "less" too.

I think I've noticed this before with "more", but lines longer than the width
of the terminal window get line breaks in the copy/paste when selected.  Is
this a product of "more" or can this be fixed?

One more strangeness, which may be an artifact of different kde versions.  I
have focus-follow-cursor set.  I have two side by side konsole windows.  If I
select text in one and then move the other, the new window does not get focus
until I click.  This does not happen with konsole 4.7.3.
