I can't seem to checkout that commit and test it.
The slight difference in description is that the mapping of the background
should change as you drag it along the desktop.

For example, if you place the window at the top left of the screen, you would
see only the top left of the picture.
I am attaching a nostalgic photo so you can see what I mean (the comment before
this one).
