Summary
-------

The reason of #219023 is the d&d event from thunar has only 'text/uri-list' in its mimetype, but konsole only accept d&d events whose mimetype contains 'text/plain'.

Maybe this is actually thunar's fault, but since dolphin can work with it, it is better konsole can work with it, too.

In my experience, it works well with d&d event from thunar and pcmanfm.
