I can reproduce this in KDE-4.7.0, kind of.

When the shortcut is set as 'Ctrl+Shift+C'(the default), the copied text will
not appear in the menu of klipper, but still usable.

When the shortcut is set as, say, 'Alt+C', it will work well.

So maybe the problem is konsole() does handle shortcut containing 2 modifiers
very well?
