Hey, this bug had it second birthday few days ago ;-)

If xterm and gnome-terminal do it all right and konsole is broken for two years
now. Why not just do it the same way as xterm or gnome-terminal do it?

Konsole really has nice features but with such fundamental things borked its
just unusable for many people in many situations.

I could test current git all the time so please let me know when I should try
some patch.
