I think the save -print "solution" is not adequate and this useful feature
should be reinstated.  I'd also add that ksnapshot also used to support
printing under kde3.5 but does not under kde 4.4 which is just as ridiculous.

I'd also add that under 3.5 you could drag and drop or copy paste files into
konsole - this was an incredibly useful feature, for install to copy an
attachment from kmail into the CWD of your shell.  I don't know if this is
missing in KDE generally or konsole but it was one of the best features of the
system. This is sorely missed.
