yakuake (2.9.6) on KDE Platform 4.5.3 (KDE 4.5.3) using Qt 4.6.3

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Justo opened Yakuake and then hit Ctrl+D and it crashed. It can be reproduced
every time.
