Sorry, made some mistakes:

1) NOT 
if the cursor is not at the end of the line but in the
middle of at the beginning,
BUT
if the cursor is not at the end of the line but in the
middle or at the beginning,

2) NOT
in kde 4.3.5 it's wasn't like that
BUT
in kde 3.5 it's wasn't like that
