Hi,

no, it's a bit different:

To reproduce resize your konsole window to for example 80x25. Then quit konsole
and restart it again. The window should be 80x25 now.
Now, maximize the window and quit konsole. Restart konsole again, now you get a
maximized window [1]. Now, switch maximization off, you get a konsole window
with 118x44 and it would be great if the 80x25 would get saved somewhere.

[1] which is kinda annoying, too, it'd be nice to have default size, which you
can set in the options
