i`ve 1 year ex- in ubuntu gnome and now new user for bt4 i`ve that massage

Steps to Reproduce:
apt-get update in shell good
apt-get upgrade && apt-get dist-upgrade   are E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg
returned an error code (1)
