Unless I've missed something, this is the expected behavior.  If you want to
restrict 'wall' messages from reaching certain terminals I think you can use
the 'mesg' command.

Bear in mind that Konsole, for the most part, does not understand what is going
on in the terminal.  It just sends input to it and draws the response.  There
is no real concept of 'local' or 'remote' Konsole windows. You just happened to
be running a program called 'ssh' in one of them.
