Version:           2.4.3 (using KDE 4.4.4) 
OS:                Linux

After changing the table title format for a profile, then rebooting, open
session keep the old format and won't use the new format.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) set tab title format to "%d : %n"
2) close all konsole windows
3) open konsole
4) "manage profiles" and change tab title format to "%D : %n"
5) reboot
6) edit current profile's tab title format
7) oh look, it already says "%D : %n" but I see short dir names
8) hit Apply, hit OK, hit whatever, it doesn't matter


Actual Results:  
tab title format shows short directory names

Expected Results:  
tab title format should show full directory path

I have changed the profile to %D and I've tried to change current profile to %D
but I still see %d and the only way to fix it is to close all tabs and restart
konsole
