Graphical mockup of my "Drop Target" idea.

These "Drop Targets" should appear when a drag enters Konsole's window. When a
drop happens on one of the "Drop Targets" its associated action should be
performed.

Implementing this idea would provide a graphical interface for multiple
actions, that does not impede fluent work.
