When a new tab is opened in Konsole, current directory is not always the same
as the one in the previous tab.

[/]$ cd a
[/a]$ cd b
[/a/b]$ cd c
[/a/b/c]$
<New tab>

The new tab is opened randomly in /, /a, /a/b or /a/b/c
