[Konsole-devel] Clear and Reset

Currently we have two actions that are quite close to each other:

"Clear and Reset" and "Clear Scrollback and Reset"

I'd like to get rid of the first one. Basically it has the same result as 
issuing a 'clear' command in the shell directly. It also lacks a shortcut, 
which means increased  mouse interaction. And as bug 206709 shows [1], both 
don't always work as expected.
