This broke sometime during 4.x cycle. If I use
%w for window title and keep changing directories the title does not correctly
change
for about 30% of the time......

Yes, it changes correctly for few times than
it suddenly does not change or changes
incorrectly e.g. I do "cd .." and it still
shows the old directory while we have really
changed the directory.

This is an important bug because I almost
overwrote my files in copying them thinking
that I was in a particular directory!
