Thank you for answering.

The icon bug happens only together with the placement bug.
When i reverted the 1032123 the icon is fixed too.

As for the KWin rules, i don't think i have any
(I don't know how i can put kwin rules).
In order to avoid some bad config of mine,
i created a new user and did all my tests there,
so it was a stock kde setup without any changes.
