when you open a new tab by using:

konsole --new-tab -e cmd  

The cmd can be a ssh command. But after that, when you start another new tab by
using

ctrl+shift+n or konsole --new-tab

the -e paramenter seems to still take effect, the new tab also executes the cmd

you must execute konsole with -e /bin/bash, then everything is ok.
