Installed from:    Compiled sources

1. Start Konsole
2. Edit current profile / Tabs / Tab title format
4. Enter something different than the existing
5. Click "Apply" or "OK".
6. Restart Konsole.
7. The settings were not saved, the Tab title format is still the default. <-
the bug
