Please set shorcuts for the zoom in and out actions in this way
action->setShortcut(KShortcut("CTRL++; CTRL+="));
action->setShortcut(KShortcut("CTRL+-; CTRL+_"));
to include various keyboard layout possibilities.
and add normal zoom action with CTRL+0 shortcut.

Please add Ctrl+M shortcut to show/hide menu bar.
