updated :
after upgrading kde-libs to 4.2.1-r3, I noticed a little message from portage
telling me that if I encounter problems with menus and text not appearing, I
should play chmod -R 755 /usr/share/config.
I did it and the problem is nearly disappeared :
Dolphin menu is ok now.
Konsole is better (all entry appear, including the File one)
only a last one is "No Text" yet, between View and Settings (Search ?)
