[Konsole-devel] Review Request: Make Konsole translucent using Qt 4.5's top-level transparency

Hi,

I'm having a problem logging into ReviewBoard.  As I understand it, Qt
4.5 IS required for KDE 4.3 and we already depend on it.  See the
thread "Trunk now depends on Qt 4.5 (Richard Moore)" on kde-devel
