You can use mouse to select any text you want. But it is not very effective --
thus this wish. In text mode Konsole could behave like Kate (almost) -- arrows
keys to move the caret, easier selection with shift+nav.keys. 

I am thinking even of ability to alter text (just as history of konsole) --
this could serve as simple way to making annotations.
